     About use of BDO credit card in Qatar:
     Yes, if your credit card has a Mastercard logo, or Visa logo or American Express. To be sure, ask the cashier if they're accepting your card. Some stores accept only Visa, or MasterCard only or American Express only. They also display the cards that they accept at the door or at the cashier counter.

     Hi jocelyn: Kelangan nila ng primary ID. Supporting IDs lang ang TIN at police clearance. Mag-apply ka ng postal ID (yong new ID, yong digitized na plastic card)

     Hi Canjie: Puede siyang magpadala dito: BDO remittance partners in Papua New Guinea. Bring IDs. Kung merong copy of job contract, maganda ring dalhin, baka lang strict sila kung saan galing ang perang ipapadala. Or passport with work visa.

   Hindi na po ba pwedeng ma activate ang kabayan saving account ko… almost three years ko ng nd nahulugan… Dito kasi ako ngaun sa Papua New Guinea… please let me know if theirs a way to re activate ung account ko as a kabayan savings… tnx in advance

     12-year-old who wants to open a Kabayan account: Bring school ID with school head signature and child's signature. Dalhin mo na rin yong registration card kung meron, or library ID to prove that the child is currently enrolled. Dahil Kabayan is a remittance account, bring a recent receipt of remittance from abroad na naka-pangalan sa 12-year-old — this is to prove that the teenager is opening an account because she will be receiving remittance from overseas. Magdala na rin ng 2 1×1 ID pictures.
     Kung walang remittance receipt, puede naman siyang mag-open ng BDO cash card. Walang maintaining balance ito. Kunin nio yong merong name sa atm card para 25k pesos ang maximum na malagay sa card. Yong walang name (generic), 10k pesos ang maximum balance.
     If you prefer a savings account, puede yong BDO atm savings account — its maintaining balance is 2k pesos.
     Ang BPI, merong Easy Saver account, zero maintaining balance, pero merong 5-peso charge kada withdrawal or balance inquiry. BPI Easy Saver

    question po maaam. tanong ko lang po about dun sa maintaining balance penalty sa BDO. kasi halos 1 year ko na kasi di nahulugan ung account at zero balance na cya. gusto ko sana ulit lagyan ng pera kaso takot ako na baka libo ang ikaltas sakin sa penalty. kung sabi na 300/month nangangahulugan po ba na let say 10 months na zero balance. so ang penalty po ba ng bank eh 300 x 10? lalabas 3000 ang penalty ko. if ever na mag deposit ako ng 15,000 kakaltasan nila ng 3000? kasi 10 months na zero balance ako? please enlighten me po. thanks

    ..ask ko Lang po..yung laman po Ng atm ko ngaun sa bdo is 2k nalang po (maintaining bal.).nag withdraw po ako Ng 1k nung June 22..tanong ko po, mgkano ang penalty Kung first week Ng July ko pa maibblik ung 1k?.,pero Di pa Naman mgcloclose Yung acct ko ksi may natira pang 1k di po ba?.,

      Hi Dieuestbon: At least 5,000 pesos. Strict ang BDO sa checking account opening. Gusto ng BDO na matagal nang merong BDO savings account at malalaki ang mga deposits and withdrawals at malimit ang transactions.

      What do you mean? Send money within the Philippines? Oo puede. Puedeng from your BDO account — Send Money for cash pickup at BDO and partners. Puede ring pumunta ka sa BDO Remit counter sa loob ng SM.

      Hi mint: Yes, pero ang parent ang mag-open for the child. It will be an ITF account or IN TRUST FOR account. Account name will be: Parent's name IN TRUST FOR Child's Name. Bring your IDs, your ID picture and your child's birth cert.

    There is a wierd 600 pesos debit charge on my BDO account but I do not recall ever using my card on that given day. Please help.

      Hi Ramonico, i-check mo ang online BDO account mo kasi andon yong description kung anong klaseng debit yon, kung atm withdrawal or online fund transfer. Tingnan mo rin yong posting day, kasi if it's Monday, sometimes the actual transaction took place Saturday or Sunday. If you have not enrolled your account online yet, here's how to enroll in BDO online banking. Choose mo lang yong "within the Philippines" na option if you're here in the Phils.
