Another way to send money from China to the Philippines is through the China Union Pay (CUP) or Union Pay network. There are now a lot of ATM machines in the country that offer CUP withdrawals. They have the CUP Logo somewhere on the machines. The fee is usually 200 pesos per withdrawal. Preferred ATM machines are those that allow high maximum withdrawal amounts.
Open two accounts in your preferred bank in China, such as Bank of China (BOC) or Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), and then send one of the ATM cards to your family in the Philippines. You can send the ATM card through a trusted friend traveling from China to the Philippines, or through a courier that accepts ATM cards for delivery.
