Hi Judith, sorry this is not BDO’s website. BDO does not email user IDs. You need to call BDO 00-800-8-631-8000 using Bezek phone. Or chat with BDO Unibank on Facebook Messenger. Just look for the BDO Unibank account with a blue check mark on Facebook Messenger.
