Here’s a list of the TOP 20 Commercial and Universal Banks in the Philippines, based on total assets as of SEPTEMBER 2011, as published by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on its website.


Banco de Oro BDO remained the only Philippine bank which has surpassed the one-trillion-peso mark as of SEPTEMBER 2011. It was the only one which surpassed this mark as of JUNE 2011.
