Send Money to Bank Accounts in the Philippines via MoneyGram

You can now send money to the Philippines directly into your family’s bank accounts through MoneyGram.

What are the benefits of this direct deposit?

– Your recipient does not need to go the bank and pick up the remittance.

– Your family can withdraw via ATM only the amount of money needed.
– The money can be withdrawn at the nearest ATM. (Withdrawal fees for other banks’ ATMs)

For first time remittances:

1. Fill out the Send form.
2. Check the Receive option Account Deposit.
3. Write your recipient’s bank account name, name of bank and account number.
4. MoneyGram gives you a Receiver Registration Number (RRN). Keep this number for future remittances.

For second and subsequent remittances:

1. Fill out the Send Form.
2. Check the Receive option Account Deposit.
3. Write the Receiver Registration Number (RRN).

For Banco de Oro (BDO) accounts, remittances become available within one business day. For other banks, money transfers are done within 1 to 3 business days.
