ABS-CBN TFC myREMIT Remittance Payout Partners

As of May 2016, many have been writing to me about their inability to claim their remittance from the partners of ABS-CBN TFC . They also claim that myRemit has not been answering their phone calls.

Based on myRemit’s Facebook announcement, you can claim your remittance at BDO and MLhuillier branches. Bring your transaction reference no. and valid IDs.

If you have questions or concerns, you can send them a PRIVATE MESSAGE through their Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/tfcmyremit

You can also email EMPI_Custserve@abs-cbn.com.  I have emailed them twice and I got one response. It might be better to send them a message through Facebook’s PRIVATE MESSAGE.

TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY:
ABS-CBN TFC myRemit is updating their system, so when you claim your remittance, you will need to bring your:

expiry date; at least one ID has a photo)
 —  the actual mobile phone that contains the SIM no. specified by your sender
(Before you receive the money, the teller will miss-call your mobile phone)
—   Students aged below 18:
Present the original and a clear photocopy of your school ID with your photo and signature
