If you’re near the Muntinlupa City Hall and you don’t have time to go to Czarina, this Western Union outlet gives a good dollar-peso rate — the best rate among many Western Union outlets that I have dealt with.

At this moment, 5am, Feb 23, 2018, their buying rate for a US dollar is 52.03 pesos, as shown in their website.
Yesterday, Feb 22, Czarina’s exchange rate was 52 pesos to a dollar.

I have not tried changing my dollars with this bank, but recently, I was pleasantly surprised when I passed by EastWest Bank near the National Bookstore and I saw a big change in their exchange rate. Dati pareho rin sila ng other banks na much lower rate than money changers, pero recently competitive na rin sila.

Hi venice, usually ang naririnig ko pag merong nagtatanong sa Czarina kung puedeng bumili ng foreign exchange, ay magsabi ka muna sa kanila, para mag-ipon sila ng NTD or kukuha sila sa main branch nila. Kung immediate ang kelangan mo, yong Czarina branch sa Delarosa sa Makati ang agad nagbebenta ng foreign exchange.

Hi Jhem, tanungin mo lang yong mga money changers na malapit sa inyo. Yong Nailas Money Changer at iba pang money changers sa Ermita/Malate area, pinapalitan nila ang Omani rial. Yong 100 Oman baisa, yon ang hindi nila pinapalitan kasi barya ng Oman ang baisa.
