Hi Marilou, usually, reactivation is done in person at the branch because the bank needs to verify your IDs, signature, personal data in person. You have 10 years to reactivate before the bank forwards your account to the Phil Treasury Dept. But you can call your branch and ask. Hi Alvin, did you mean your account became dormant? That your account did not have any withdrawal or deposit within 2 years? A dormant account can only be reactivated in person with IDs at the branch. If joint account, the account owners appear together. You can email Metrobank if they allow remote options for reactivation — customercare@metrobank.com.ph
